It&#39;s from John Szarkowski&#39;s introduction to the book: &quot;<em>William Eggleston&#39;s Guide:&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;&#8230; a photographer wants form, an unarguable right relationship of shapes, a visual stability in which all components are equally important.
