Order Processing
Typical turnaround time on print orders is three weeks, exclusive of the time it takes to ship. For orders on canvas, please allow four weeks. Custom orders are four weeks or more and we'll advise you on turnaround once the order is placed.
Turnaround time on orders does not include the time it takes for your order to be handled by the carrier. Please allow additional time for shipping. If you require an order by a specific time, for example for a gift, please contact the gallery directly and we'll see if we can expedite your order. Thank you.
Shipping and Handling
Orders for prints may be shipped anywhere in the continental United States via FedEx Ground for 10% of the total purchase price, exclusive of tax, or for a flat shipping cost of $7.50, whichever is greater. For example, an order for a matted 16x20 print priced at $95 would be shipped for $9.50. A $45 print would be shipped for the minimum S&H cost of $7.50.
For Alaska and Hawaii, S&H for print orders will be 20% of the total, or a minimum fee of $15.00, whichever is greater.
International orders will be priced at cost based on the least expensive option available at the time.
The shipping and handling fees for non-print items, such as the calendar, vary by item and are noted on each item's order page within the Web Store. These fees can also be seen within your shop cart once the items are added. If you order more than one of any non-print item, the S&H for each additional item of that kind is $1.00.
If your order contains both prints and non-print items, the S&H fees will be simply 10% of the whole order total (20% for Alaska and Hawaii.)
Shipping is free for orders of $200 or greater, to addresses within the continental United States. (Free shipping not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders.)
When placing an online order in the Web Store, the exact shipping cost will be calculated at the final checkout.
Ground shipping delivery times will depend upon the distance from the gallery that the order is being shipped to. For example, orders to California typically require four business days to reach their destination. Orders going to NY, NJ and CT addresses may be received in as little as one day.
We provide a tracking number with each order we ship but cannot be responsible for any delays due to the fault of the carrier or weather or other unusual conditions.
You are also welcome to pick up your order at the gallery by choosing this option at checkout. We'll then contact you, once your order has been filled and is ready for pickup.
Sales Tax
Sales tax equaling 8% of the order will be charged on all orders that originate in or ship to a New York State address. When placing orders online, the sales tax will be added to your total at the final checkout.
Calendar Pre-Orders
Our calendar may be ordered in advance, for shipment to you when it becomes available at the end of September. Your account will be charged at the time of the order. If you order additional items at the same time, we will ship these items as soon as they are ready. The calendar will ship separately by the US Postal Service.
International Orders
We're happy to fill orders outside of the USA. Currently, we can only accept international orders by phone. If you would like to place an international order, or would like information on our international shipping options, please contact us directly at the gallery.
Gift Certificates
We offer custom Gift Certificates in any amount which include the recipient's name, your name and a greeting of your choice. These are sent to you by USPS. There is no charge for this service. Please note that, once issued, a Gift Certificate is the equivalent of cash. We are unable to re-issue Gift Certificates in the event that they are lost. Gift Certificates may be redeemed for gallery items only. If the item or items ordered total less than the Gift Certificate, we can refund a balance up to, but no greater than $25. Please call or e-mail to arrange for a Gift Certificate.
Returns
We promise your complete satisfaction with any order you place. If you'd like to return an order, please call (845-255-6800) or e-mail (returns@jordangallery.com) and we will issue a return shipping label via e-mail. You may request a refund or an exchange. Please keep shipping materials on hand and be sure the item is packed securely.
